LOCATION CHECK ?

MUNGI WALI VILLAGE
"the mansion"

So me and my team decided to pay a visit to one of my friend's mansion in the village.

this mansion was built in between the late 90s and early 2000s.

this beautiful piece of art was located in between various fields and mud houses. besides it was an open-aired building and had accents of raja-style Indian influence~

Its unique style blends elements of rustic charm with opulent vintage flair making it a remarkable structure in the midst of a quiet countryside. This village mansion’s allure is undeniable. Its worn-out antique beauty creates a sense of nostalgia and romance.
The mansion is built from weathered stone lending it a wild, organic beauty.
its admirable architecture and old style techniques of building and interior give it the perfect demure look we needed!

Its walls, though worn and chipped, exude a sense of history with every crack and uneven surface.

The mansion’s charm lies in its imperfections, its age, wear, and untamed beauty all combine to make it feel like a living relic, frozen in time yet still full of life.
the thing we were delighted to see was the basement on the ground level which we saw  being utilized as a perfect horror spot! this basement gave extremely spooky vibes, even being there felt weird therefore if we choose this location; this bonus would be a game changer!

The air in the basement is thick with a musty damp odor and the temperature drops noticeably as you descend the chalky stairs, each step louder underfoot as if the house itself is reluctant to let you go further. The narrow staircase leads down into a shadowy room, the light from above barely reaching the bottom leaving the entire space shrouded in a heavy oppressive gloom.

The stone feels slick to the touch as moisture constantly seeps from the earth, leaving behind dark patches of mildew. spider webs hang in the corner moving ever so slightly with the faintest stir of air.

we discovered that the mansion had iron doors with steel and brass mixtures and could make weird creepy noises freaking anyone out!

we took some angled and perspective shots and kept exploring more...

the only problem now, was the distance...
we had taken a 2 hour ride from our city to get here and consecutive days of shooting would call for frequent visits and budgeting as well..

lets see where fate takes us , overall we are absolutely down to seal the deal and use this mansion as our set!
